Abstract
IN ENGLISH: The central message of this journal issue is that the social science and humanities in collaboration with other fields of science should put more attention to redefining sustainability as a concept which has been used and abused from its inception and has meanwhile lost a part of significance. The covid-19 pandemic presents an opportunity to carry out the transformation, to re-think the basic concepts of sustainability and to adapt them to the new circumstances. --------------- IN CROATIAN: Središnja poruka ovog broja časopisa je redefiniranje koncepta održivosti stavljajući pritom naglasak na važnost i ulogu raznorodnih pristupa u društvenim i humanističkim znanostima u suradnji s drugim granama i područjima. Redefiniranje održivosti jest nužnost zbog intenzivnog korištenja tog pojma u suvremenom diskursu, kao i zloupotrebe značenja i gubitka pozitivnog značaja. Pandemija virusa Covid-19 stoga pruža priliku za transformaciju i preispitivanje osnovnih pojmova i koncepata održivosti, kao i njihovo prilagođavanje novim okolnostima.
