Abstract
IN CROATIAN: U svojoj knjizi 'Sovereignty RIP' Don Herzog nastoji pokopati suverenost, dokazujući kako je suverenost ograničen, podijeljen i odgovoran pojam. --------------- IN ENGLISH: In his book 'Sovereignty RIP' Don Herzog tries to 'bury' sovereignty proving that sovereignty is a limited, divided, and accountable concept. Although the author has successfully shown how certain theoretical elements of the concept of sovereignty are outdated and may never fully come to life, considering the theoretical diversity of this concept, its different applications, and the constant need for its revision and revitalization, it seems that the time has not come to bury sovereignty yet.
