Abstract
--------------- IN ENGLISH: The theoretical concept of urban resilience contains an important segment of the inclusion or participation of citizens in the public life of the city through, for example, projects at the local or neighborhood level (community-led projects) which, as basic ideas, are more or less incorporated into the process of spatial planning. and urban planning, i.e. the aforementioned urbanism for the 21st century. Through them, you can see how much the needs and wishes of the residents are valued, but for the purpose of raising the quality of life and housing. Further, according to the Europeanization trends of the revitalization process, which is explained, for example, in the document Urbact II Capitalization as "activities undertaken in urban renewal that include economic, social and physical/environmental improvements in the areas of intervention" (2015: 9-10), these emphasize the entirety of the process and improving and raising the quality at all levels of city life. On this track, the model of urban sustainability (urban sustainability) also develops as a holistic concept in which the four dimensions of society are included: environmental, economic, social and political, but for the purpose of real changes and improvements. Such models and trends were created in order to reduce the impact of "traditional" urbanization consequences typical of the urban paradigm associated with the 20th century, such as pollution, traffic congestion, automobilization, densification, overbuilding, urban sprawl, and reduction and destruction. public spaces. Therefore, any effort towards urban sustainability and resilience is welcome.
