Abstract
Uvođenjem vanjskoga vrednovanja obrazovanja u hrvatski školski sustav, pojavila se potreba za metodološkom recenzijom zadataka i testova znanja te procjenom njihove kvalitete. Radi postizanja standarda kvalitete testovnih materijala, nužna je izrada jedinstvenoga sustava njihovoga recenziranja po uzoru na inozemnu praksu. Stoga su autori temeljem opsežnoga pregleda literature i uzimajući u obzir specifične zahtjeve hrvatskoga sustava vanjskoga vrednovanja izradili jedinstvenu Listu za procjenu kvalitete zadataka (LPKZ). Pomoću ovoga instrumenta moguća je standardizirana metodološka recenzija testova znanja, ali i ostalih mjernih instrumenata koji se koriste u društvenim istraživanjima. U članku se nalazi detaljan opis čestica instrumenta te upute za uporabu kao i mogućnosti njegove primjene. (IN ENGLISH: During the process of introducing external evaluation in the Croatian educational system, the need for a methodological review of knowledge tests and items and their quality assurance has been recognized. To achieve the quality standards of test materials it has been necessary to develop a unified test review system which would be similar to test reviewing practices in other countries. Therefore, the authors developed the Item Quality Review Inventory (IQRI) based on extensive literature research and consideration of the specific requirements of the Croatian system of external evaluation of education. It is possible to perform a standardized methodological review of knowledge tests as well as all other measuring instruments used in the field of social research with this instrument. This article includes a detailed description of IQRI’s items, instructions for use and area of application.)
